We are pleased to now offer you the 'try before you buy' service for a unique and privileged shopping experience. This offer is only available to French Metropolitan shipping addresses

This service offers the possibility to order your items, try them on for free at home and only pay for the ones you decide to keep.

You will receive an email and a text message to guide you through each step.

Keep the items you want.

In the event of a return, we will provide you with a pre-paid return slip and you will be charged for the items you keep and the 15€ pre-paid return slip.

We are happy to offer this service. However, it is important that you use it sensibly and responsibly.

Try before you buy: how does it work?

The 'try before you buy' service allows you to order your items, try them on for free at home and only pay for the ones you decide to keep.

1. To benefit from this service, simply choose Elyn at the time of payment.
2. You will receive your order without being charged.
3. After receiving your order, you will have a trial period of 5 days to try on the items at home.
4. At the end of your trial period, you will only be charged for the items you decide to keep.
5. You then have 3 working days to send back the items you wish to return.

How do I pay for my order?

In order to finalise your order, you will be asked to fill in your payment details but you will not be charged.

Your bank account will be debited at the end of your 5-day trial period or when you indicate which items you wish to keep.

For security reasons, Elyn submits a pre-authorisation request to your bank to verify your payment details. Your payment details are fully secured and 3D Secure by the payment provider Stripe.

How does my trial work?

Your trial period starts the day after you receive your order.

You then have 5 calendar days to try on your items and choose what you wish to keep and return.

Before your trial period expires, you can access the returns interface to enter the items you wish to return.

If you do not return any items by the end of your trial period, we will assume that you wish to keep all the items you ordered and you will be charged the full amount of your order.

This service allows you to try on your items as if you were in a fitting room in a shop.

Do not tear off the packaging, and do not wear the items during the day. Any item returned damaged or soiled will be refused and you will be charged.

Which orders are eligible?

To benefit from the Try Before You Buy service, the amount of your order can up to a maximum basket size of 2 watches and with a French Metropolitan delivery address.

Only Visa, Mastercard and bank cards issued in France are accepted.

Prepaid, virtual, systematic authorization cards (e.g. Maestro, Electron or Revolut) and American Express are not accepted for the "try before you buy" service.

How do I return an item?

Nothing could be easier! To make a return you just have to connect to the return interface, you can access it via:

1- The following link using your order number and email address: https://return.elyn.io/atelierjalaper

2- A link included in the confirmation email of the delivery of your items.

Select the items you wish to return and validate your return.

You will receive an email containing your return label and you will have 3 working days to drop off your packages at the Post Office.

If you do not return the parcel within the time limit, you will be debited for the amount of the items to be returned.

Of course, all returned items must be in the same condition as when they were delivered, i.e. as new!

Any item returned without packing, damaged or soiled will not be accepted. You will be charged for the item and it will be returned to you at your expense
